FBI looking for hate crime suspect who said 'I hate white people' before assault in CWE
ST. LOUIS — The FBI is investigating a February assault in the Central West End that investigators say was racially motivated. According to the FBI, the attack happened at a bus stop near the intersection of Delmar Boulevard and North Sarah Street at about 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 6. Investigators said the suspect struck the victim in the face with a concrete brick, knocking the victim unconscious.
