Raymond Klisz , the 48-year-old suspect who was the focus of a recent manhunt in Uniontown, was taken into custody Sunday afternoon, according to a Facebook post from the Summit County Sheriff's Office.

On the morning of April 27, Summit County sheriff's deputies were called to a home in Green for an altercation between two people. A male suspect, later identified as Klisz, had gone to a home in violation of a protection order. When deputies arrived, he reportedly fled into a wooded area and was believed to be in possession of a firearm.

Authorities reported Klisz had fled near Uniontown Community Park, so the park was subsequently evacuated and residents were asked to stay in their homes and lock their doors.

Klisz was charged with having weapons under disability and violation of a protection order (both third degree felonies), inducing panic and aggravated menacing (both first degree misdemeanors), and criminal mischief (third degree misdemeanor). He is currently being held in Summit County Jail.
