New water services and meters serve 27 homes on Forest Hills Drive and Wimbledon Drive. Those homes were previously connected to the Cascade Racquet Club Mutual Water Company system. During the scheduled work period, Forest Hills Drive and parts of Wimbledon Drive will be limited to one-lane traffic control, with flaggers present as needed, the city said.
