    Man accused of road rage threats with gun, assaulting pregnant woman

    WYSOX TWP., BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man is facing charges for two separate incidents, one where he allegedly made threats with a gun and another when he allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman, PSP states.

    According to Pennsylvania State Police, troopers have arrested and charged Elijah Boone, 31, of Towanda for two separate incidents in which he was allegedly involved.

    On May 3 police say Boone was involved in a road rage incident where he tried to hit two bicyclists with his work truck while driving. At one point Boone was reported to have gotten out of the car and pointed a loaded gun at the two victims, PSP stated.

    Then on May 5 Boone allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman twice while she was in the car with him.

    For the incident on May 3, Boone has been charged with the following;

    • Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
    • Terrorist threats
    • Simple assault
    • Various summary violations

    For the incident on May 5, Boone faces the following charges;

    • Simple assault
    • Recklessly endangering another person
    • Harassment

    Boone was arrested Wednesday and he remains in the Bradford County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 bail and a $30,000 bail.
