A brief shower just prior to the start of the annual event did not seem to dampen the young participants in the slightest. Whizzpop also treated participants to a magic show. The foam party and show alternated between Hillsville and the Galax public library as part of the Galax-Carroll Regional Library Summer Reading Program.
