    Tampa police searching for several suspects after string of burglaries

    TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa police are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects responsible for several burglaries in the area.

    In three recent burglaries, the suspects broke into several businesses, stealing property and money. These crimes occurred near each other and only a few days apart in the early mornings.

    Surveillance footage released by police shows two people breaking into Sosa Cell Phones, located at 1000 West Waters Avenue on May 15.

    Detectives believe the bag they were holding in the phone burglary was also used in the two other incidents.

    Anyone who recognizes these suspects or has any information on these burglaries is asked to contact police at 813-231-6130, or through the Tampa Police Department’s app at Tip411. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-8477.
