USF Bulls football has announced their kickoff times and television arrangements for several games in the 2023 season. All times are EST.

Hillsborough County has erected a historical marker to honour Babe Zaharias, a local sports icon. The marker is located at a Tampa golf course named after her and commends Zaharias' athletic accomplishments in a range of sports, particularly golf, and her efforts to even the playing field for women in sports.

The University of Tampa had five student-athletes recognized as part of the 2023 NCAA Division II All-America teams. A total of 48 student-athletes were named to either the first, second or third team All-America squad, while 16 were named honorable mention. Tampa placed three on the All-America teams, including E.J. Cumbo, Alex Canney, and Jordan Lala. Drew Ehrhard and J.D. Urso were presented as honorable mention. Cumbo, a junior from New York, is the 2023 Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year. Lala, a senior from Tampa, was the top hitter in the SSC. Canney, a sophomore from Valrico, was selected as the SSC Pitcher of the Year. Ehrhard, a utility player from Tampa, concluded his Spartan career as the program's all-time hits leader.
