    Two teens injured during shooting in Syracuse

    SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — On Tuesday, April 30, around 10:45 p.m. Syracuse Police Officers were sent to the 100 block of Oakwood Avenue for a shooting with injuries call.

    At the scene, officers found an 18-year-old male who was shot in the hip, and a 19-year-old male who was shot in the leg.

    Both were taken to Upstate Hospital and are expected to survive.

    Syracuse Police say there were multiple bullet casings found on the scene.

    The investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 442-5222.
