Ziyyon Bredell commits to Syracuse football
Fresh off of a weekend visit to Syracuse including attending the annual spring game, 2025 Philadelphia (PA) Lincoln athlete Ziyyon Bredell has committed to the Orange. He announced the decision during a pre-planned event at his high school. The 6-1, 175 pounder previously announced a final three of Syracuse, Maryland and Pittsburgh. In addition to those three, Bredell also held scholarship offers from Boston College, Kentucky, Nebraska and several others. He will be coming to the Orange as a defensive back.

They are undefeated in Section III play but the non-league schedule does not get easier for Liverpool this week, as they get ready for a doubleheader against Shenendehowa, last year’s Class AA runner-up, and Ichabod Crane, the defending Class B champion, on Saturday.
