SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Syracuse Police Department is putting NewsChannel 9 viewers “On The Lookout” for 23-year-old Steven Rosario of Syracuse. Rosario is wanted by the Syracuse Police Department for warrants involving carrying a handgun with no permit. His last known address is 339 North Beech Street in Syracuse.
Police investigate stabbing, shooting in Syracuse
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHCU) — A teenage girl in Syracuse is recovering after a stabbing. Police say the attack happened Saturday afternoon on South Geddes Street. The 14-year-old was reportedly stabbed in her arm, and needed stitches. The injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. Authorities say a 13-year-old girl was later arrested as a suspect.

East Syracuse, N.Y. — State police ticketed a Syracuse man they say was driving a motorcycle at an unsafe speed and crashed Sunday on the Thruway. Joshua Jones, 32, was operating a Honda motorcycle on Interstate 90 East shortly after 2 p.m. when he attempted to exit the Thruway at Exit 34A (the exit to Interstate 481) and crashed into a guardrail while rounding a curve, troopers said.

Springfield Police Recover $650+ in Stolen Merchandise During Arrest
SPRINGFIELD, NJ -- Springfield police recently recovered more than $650 in merchandise after making a motor vehicle stop last week.
