Judge dismisses lawsuit against Heritage Hill Brewhouse, paving way for expansion
Pompey, NY — A lawsuit filed in October 2023 seeking to block the expansion of Heritage Hill Brewhouse in Pompey has been dismissed. The lawsuit was filed by a group of neighbors against the town of Pompey planning board and Heritage Hill Brewhouse to stop the restaurant and brewery from expanding. Heritage Hill plans to construct a meat processing building next door to the existing operation. The site plan was approved by the town planning board board approved in late August.
