Car ends up submerged in drainage pond on Route 31 in Clay
Clay, N.Y. — A car was almost fully submerged in water Tuesday when it went into a small drainage pond off Route 31 in Clay. The car ended up in the pond in front of the Friendly’s at 3873 Route 31 around 1:04 p.m., according to Onondaga County 911 dispatchers.
