(CBS DETROIT) - A man who was driving the wrong way on an Oakland County road and nearly hit a motorcyclist admitted to drinking a $3.99 bottle of wine, police said. NOVI — Eastbound Interstate 96 is closing again this weekend, from Beck to Novi Road, for ongoing cleanup from a previous crash. Motorists will want to avoid that stretch of freeway from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 5, as it shuts down for HAZMAT cleanup.
