WAYNE, Mich. (FOX 2) - A 21-year-old man was found dead inside a parked vehicle just before 3 p.m. on Dec. 10 in Wayne. Police responded to multiple calls of a shooting in the area of John and Woodward Streets at 2:45 p.m. to find the man inside a car with multiple gunshot wounds.

WAYNE — Police are investigating the fatal Sunday shooting of a 21-year-old they found deceased in a parked vehicle near John and Woodward streets, north of Van Born Road. They responded to the area around 2:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, because of multiple 911 calls reporting a nearby shooting, they said in a release.

MONDAY NEWS HIT - A person of interest is in custody in connection with the murder of Samantha Woll, who was found dead in October. This is the second person to be arrested after the prominent Jewish leader was discovered stabbed to death outside her Detroit home. The first person was taken into custody a few weeks after the murder but released without charges.

(CBS DETROIT) - The Detroit Police Department is searching for suspects wanted in connection to breaking into an auto parts business last month. The incident happened at about 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 14 at Big Sam Auto Parts, located in the 14300 block of Meyers. Police say the suspect fled the scene in an older model, white SUV, which was possibly a Ford Escape. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detroit Police Department's 2nd Precinct at 313-596-5240 or 1-800-Speak-Up.

(CBS DETROIT) - Two men died after a head-on crash, the Detroit Police Department said. The crash happened on Dec. 10 close to 1 a.m. on Chalmers and Wilfred Streets.One man was driving a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and the other man was driving a white Buick Enclave.No other people were inside the vehicles, police said.

DETROIT – Police have arrested a suspect after a woman was stabbed on the side of a freeway by another driver following a road rage altercation on I-96. According to police, the stabbing happened around 2:55 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, in the westbound I-96 express lanes under M-39 in Detroit.

DETROIT, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - A 29-year-old woman was shot after leaving a party on Dec. 10, the Detroit Police Department said. The shooting happened close to 2 a.m. in the 13100 block of Algonac. The woman was privately driven to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition, according to police.
