GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) – A Barren County grand jury has indicted a man after he allegedly shot two brothers in March with a shotgun. Kevin L. Abner, 59, was indicted on one count of first-degree assault and one count of second-degree assault. The indictments were returned on April 17.

Police responded early Monday morning upon discovering that Los Mariachis had been burglarized overnight. They found a broken window at the restaurant and a large hole in the wall where the suspect had gained entry.
