DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Back in January, the ex-executive director of the Freight House Farmers’ Market, Lorraine R. Beaman, 61, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft, a class D felony. She was facing a felony charge after police said she embezzled more than $10,000, according to court documents. In May, court documents showed that Beaman entered into a new plea agreement.
