[Photo Story] Pro-Palestinian Protestors March Through State College

On Saturday, Penn State students and community members met at the Allen Street Gates to protest what they see as genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. The May Day event organized by the United Socialists at Penn State and Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine began at 2 p.m., and students marched through downtown State College and concluded their march at the steps of Penn State’s Old Main.

The event culminated in a series of protests and speeches on the Old Main steps, and the protest remained peaceful for the entire duration.

Our photographers followed along to capture the protest as it unfolded throughout campus and downtown.
