Celebrate Expo '74 50th Anniversary with the Rail Museum

SPOKANE, Wash. - There's no shortage of ways to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Expo '74 and the Inland Northwest Rail Museum has a variety of activities to add to your to-do list.

The museum is celebrating Expo '74 while focusing on highlighting how railroads played a part in making Spokane's World Fair a reality.

May 4 - July 4: Expo '74 Anniversary Celebration

May 11: Railroad Day

• Celebrate the completion of the transcontinental railroad
• Drive a golden spike
• Horn honk and learn about railroad sounds

May 12: Mother's Day

July 5-7: Military Days
