The victim of a drive-by air gun shooting, was shot in the shoulder during their walk at Sunset Park. Police Captain James Feldman tells KSAL, on Sunday June 9th at 3:30, a White Ford Explorer drove through Sunset Park after an unknown male leaned out of the rear passenger window, and shot an air gun at a 23-year old Salina female.
Fire engulfs trailer on I-70 in Geary County
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Geary County Sheriff’s Office responded to a trailer fire on Tuesday. It happened around 1:40 a.m. on Interstate 70 just west of Junction City. The sheriff’s office says an Ohio driver was traveling east in a Kenworth semi when he noticed his truck began to lock in the rear. When the driver pulled off the road, the rear tires and trailer caught on fire. The fire destroyed the trailer.
