Good Kids - Junction City High School students salute those who serve
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - We’re saluting Geary County ‘good kids’ this week for their efforts to salute those who serve. The Freshman Committee at Junction City High School planned and carried out a letter writing campaign to show appreciation to military members throughout the community. The students sent out more than 150 hand-written notes of appreciation, along with hand-colored patriotic pictures and American flag stickers.
