A 28-year-old man pleaded guilty Thursday to an alcohol-fueled rollover crash on the 241 Freeway that injured two passengers and was immediately sentenced to four months in jail.

Anton Falcon-Prarie Fortain pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit of .08% causing injury, both misdemeanors. As part of the plea deal, felony counts were reduced to misdemeanors and sentencing enhancements for inflicting great bodily injury on the victims were dismissed.

Fortain was southbound on the 241 near Santiago Canyon Road in Silverado when the vehicle he was driving rolled over, injuring two passengers, according to court records. One victim sustained fractured ribs and broken back bones and the other sustained a broken neck and spent six days in intensive care, according to court records.

Fortain was placed on three years of informal probation and ordered to participate in a three-month first-offender alcohol program.
