SCRMC Well Doll Clinic helping kids understand hospital visits
LAUREL, Miss. (WDAM) - Treating dozens of patients in a day doesn’t sound ideal but, in this case, it was necessary. “This is Well Doll,” said registered nurse Amy Dickerson, maternal child coordinator at South Central Regional Medical Center. “We get to interact with the kids from the community and just kind of give them a little bit of easiness and not make them so scared to go to the doctor or having to go to the hospital.”
