Despite having a medical marijuana card, a Mississippi man was arrested on charges of being in possession of drugs with the intent to distribute. Seth Ladner, 39, of Lumberton, was arrested by Pearl River County deputies, who also took into custody Misty Crowley, 36, of Hattiesburg, during a traffic stop on April 14.
