In a distressing incident that has rocked the quiet streets of San José, the San José Police Department is urgently calling on the community to aid in the search for a suspect accused of the heinous crime of sexually assaulting a minor. The attack, which took place on April 9, was carried out under the Highway 280 overpass as the young girl was making her way home. The San José Police Department, in a public report, detailed the assault, explaining that the suspect overpowered the girl and held her against her will.
