WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - One of my favorite high school athletes of all time was a player on the South Jefferson basketball team back in the early to mid-2000s. Little did I know this athlete would run a 2-hour, 45-minute Boston Marathon two weeks ago, finishing 198th out of 26,482 runners. But then again, it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise.
