A Raynham man was arrested early Saturday following a crash on the Bourne Bridge in which he and the other driver were injured, state police said.

According to the state police media relations unit, a trooper from Bourne barracks went off with a disabled vehicle on the bridge's southbound lane around 2:20 a.m. A second vehicle crossed the double yellow line and struck the disabled car, pushing it into the state police cruiser. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

The driver of the car alleged to have crossed the double line was identified as a Raynham resident, state police said. He was arrested and taken to the barracks for booking. He will face charges of driving under the influence of liquor, negligent driving and a marked lanes violation.
