Judge denies request to lower bail for Watervliet man charged with manslaughter
A Watervliet man accused of killing a man with a pipe wrench has been denied his request for lower bail. Cyrus J. Tetreault, 20, has been charged with first-degree manslaughter in the death of Brian Miller, 53. The incident happened just before 6:30 p.m. on May 31 at the Malta Pointe Apartments in Malta.
