East Greenbush Police are alerting the public to a game with squirt guns that students are playing called “Senior Assassin.”. The game involves kids eliminating other players using water or squirt guns. It goes on for several weeks until all players have been eliminated, the department posted on Facebook.
Daniel Rosch Charged In Serial Stewart's Shops Robberies
Albany County resident Daniel Rosch, age 42, of Watervliet, was arrested on multiple counts of robbery Wednesday, April 24. Watervliet Police said Rosch was behind four robberies that occurred between December 2023 and February 2024, three of them at the same Stewart’s Shops store at 2458 2nd Avenue in Watervliet.
Six teens charged in related Saratoga County stabbing, robbery
Six people are facing charges in connection with a stabbing in February in Clifton Park, which police said was in retaliation for a robbery. A 16-year-old was stabbed just after 7:30 p.m. on Feb 20 in Redfield Park. Two male “adolescent offenders,” which means they are 16 to 18 years old, and Coray A. Marrero, 19, of Queens, have been charged with first-degree gang assault and first-degree assault. Marrero also faces a second-degree robbery charge, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Traffic stop leads to ghost gun arrest for 2 in Albany
Two Albany men were arrested after a traffic stop in Albany Tuesday evening. Nazaruz Thompson and Sincere Cobb, both 19, allegedly had a loaded ghost gun and did not have the right to possess firearms, per the Albany County Sheriff's Office.
