Pittsfield man dies after dirt bike, vehicle collide in city
PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WRGB) — A collision between a dirt bike and another vehicle Saturday evening left a 34-year-old man dead, Pittsfield Police say. At approximately 6:50 PM Saturday, the Pittsfield Police Dept., Pittsfield Fire Dept., and County Ambulance responded to the area of 664 West Housatonic St. for a report of a motor vehicle vs dirt bike crash.

Two Berkshire County men accused of drug trafficking
Two Berkshire County man are facing drug trafficking charges. George Stewart, 44, of Pittsfield, is accused of possessing 300 grams of cocaine and an illegal firearm. He also had an outstanding warrant, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office. Stewart was arraigned Friday on charges of trafficking in cocaine and five weapons charges. He is being held on $250,000 cash bail.
