The advisory was for Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties. "The Flood Advisory will expire at 4:45 a.m. early this morning for portions of east central Ohio, including the following area, Jefferson OH, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver and Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke and Hancock. The heavy rain has ended for all areas except in Allegheny County, where a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 7:15 a.m. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," states the National Weather Service.
