Man shot to death on Newark street, cops say
A man was shot to death in Newark on Sunday night, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Police were responding to a report of shots fired on Osbourne Terrace at 8:43 p.m. On the scene, they located Deshaun Winston, 40, of East Orange, who was suffering from gunshot wounds and unresponsive, authorities said.
