As the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) moves through a second round of public engagement on the future of the Talmadge Memorial Bridge, more fleshed out concepts for a tunnel or bridge replacement were presented to the public at an open house Thursday. Hilton Head gangway collapsed Wednesday, 8 taken to hospital
