(Lancaster, PA) -- A judge is sealing court documents related to the arrest of a former Lancaster city cop accused of child sex assaults in the late 1990s. Andrew Scott Selby of Pequea Township was arrested after charges were filed against him on Friday accusing him of abusing three minors. The investigation began in March after an adult female alleged that she was molested by Selby years ago when she was 16. The case files have been sealed by the judge for 60 days.
