Tyemeshia Miller, known by her nickname “Dooda,” went to Fourth and Woodbine streets to hang out with friends on a beautiful Monday afternoon in Harrisburg. Family and friends gathered Thursday evening to remember Tyemeshia Miller, also known as “Dooda,” and her unborn son after she was shot and killed in Harrisburg on Monday. A 44-year-old Palmyra man will serve more than three years and seven months in federal prison for his actions during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Leo Brent Bozell IV, 44, was sentenced Friday by U.S. District Judge John D. Bates to 45 months in prison, three months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $4,729 in restitution. Bates found Bozell guilty of 10 charges, including four felonies, on Sept. 8, 2023.
Man Charged in Connection with Drug-Related Death in Franklin County
Daquan Woods, 27, from Harrisburg, faces serious charges after being implicated in the death of Dakota Rowles, 26, due to a drug overdose in Franklin County. Woods was arrested and is being held with bail set at $200,000. He is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, following Rowles’ fatal overdose in December 2022, which involved substances such as fentanyl, heroin, and oxycodone.
