Omaha Police say just after 2:30 Friday morning, officers were called to the area of I-680 and Mormon Bridge Road for a crash involving a semi and an SUV. Police say a Chevy Tahoe, driven by Vincent Macias, was westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-680. Investigators say the semi driver tried to avoid the crash, but the vehicles collided head on and both caught on fire.
