4-Year-Old Boy Hit By Car in Whitman County
GARFIELD - A four-year-old boy was seriously injured when he was hit by a car in Garfield on Saturday night. The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident on Union Street around 8:30. Deputies say a resident was backing into their driveway when they hit the boy who was riding a bike on the sidewalk. the boy lives next door to the driver. the child was flown to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
