A home has been built, a pond fed by an artesian spring has been developed, and healthy mixed grass and clover pastures have been created through the managed grazing of cattle and sheep. Prior to their purchase the land hadn’t been farmed in more than 20 years. They’ve since added a parcel that was conventionally planted to row crops, which is now managed pasture.
