ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The Ellen Noel Art Museum of the Permian Basin Connoisseurs hosted its annual “Ludie Warner Award Reception” on Thursday, honoring a special Ellen Noel Art Museum volunteer. This year’s honoree was Joe Moya of Wells Fargo Advisors in Odessa, who the Museum said has dedicated time and commitment for decades.

In addition to his service to the museum, Moya is an active member of the Odessa Family YMCA, Director of the Tumbleweed Triathlon, an Ironman competitor, and has also served on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald Charities.

Moya has been honored for his efforts in the community, receiving the Golden Heart Award from the American Heart Association, the Odessa Arts Award, and a joint award from Odessa Heritage as part of the Ellen Noel Art Museum’s Shrimpfest Committee.
