A 65-year-old former Slate Belt man has been charged with felony homicide in a decades-old Lehigh County cold case, authorities announced. Michael J. Breisch was arrested this week in Ohio and extradited back to Pennsylvania after new DNA technology connected him to the alleged 1989 crime, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin Holihan said. Breisch had been living in Wind Gap until recently moving to Ohio, the district attorney said.
