Free youth art-making club held weekly until August

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. ( NEWS10 ) — The Clark Art Institute and MASS MoCA have partnered with the Northern Berkshire Community Coalition (nbCC) to bring a free weekly art-making club for youths aged eight to 19. This drop-in art club will hold sessions at the UNO Community Center in North Adams, Massachusetts on Tuesdays, starting May 7 and ending August 27.

The art club, designed by nbCC in 2022, will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. It was designed to provide children in the area with free after-school and summertime activities.

There will be snacks and supplies provided at the sessions. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult and the program facilitators are not responsible for childcare, according to the organizers.
