    Crime Roundup: RV, tools, solar panel, mower stolen from Pitt County residence

    Law enforcement is asking for the public’s help to locate items stolen from a residence in northwestern Pitt County.

    A news release from the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office said that a KZ Sportsman RV travel trailer, generator, several solar panels, chainsaws, a utility trailer, table saw and zero-turn mower were stolen.

    A corresponding incident report said the theft took place about 8:45 a.m. May 10 in the 2100 block of Holland Road, which is near Conetoe Creek and west of Porter Road. The stolen items have a combined value of $23,300, the report said.

    The news release asked anyone with information in the thefts to contact the sheriff’s office at 830-4141 or Pitt-Greenville Crime Stoppers at 758-7777.
