MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — Monongalia County voters have rejected a Board of Education bond that would have funded a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Career Technical Education (CTE) training center called the Renaissance Academy .

That’s according to election night results with all precincts reporting.

The proposed facility would have primarily been for students in grades 9 through 12 and would have also provided adult education programs and training.
