UPDATE: Alabama 41 reopens after crash

UPDATE (6:50 p.m.): Alabama 41 is now open, according to ALEA.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — An overturned commercial vehicle has led to lane closures on Alabama 41, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

A single-vehicle crash occurred around 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, according to ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division.

According to an ALEA news release, all Alabama 41 lanes near the 16-mile marker in Escambia County are now blocked.

ALEA troopers are at the scene investigating, the release said.
