Compared to April 2023, the median home list price decreased 4.4% from $221,000.

Tuscarawas County's median home was 1,924 square feet, listed at $119 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is up 9.1% from April 2023.
Listings in Tuscarawas County moved briskly, at a median 36 days listed compared to the April national median of 47 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 30 days on the market. Around 52 homes were newly listed on the market in April, a 35% decrease from 80 new listings in April 2023.
