    Over 23,000 without power in the Upstate

    SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – More than 23,000 people are without power Thursday morning in the Upstate.

    According to the Duke Energy Outage map, most of the outages are in Anderson County with over 19,000 people without power.

    School districts switch to e-learning due to severe weather

    The time of restoration for Anderson County is between Thursday at 2 p.m. and Friday at 7 a.m.

    The next two areas with the most outages are Greenwood County and Greenville County with 2,000 people without power in each county.
