Listings in Nueces County moved slowly, at a median 64 days listed compared to the April national median of 47 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 61 days on the market. Around 562 homes were newly listed on the market in April, a 13.3% increase from 496 new listings in April 2023.
