    STORM WATCH: Isolated storms expected in New Jersey late Tuesday into Wednesday morning

    FORECAST : Fog is lifting quickly this morning, but it feels soupy with higher humidity levels. Warm weather and sunshine are expected today with highs near 81.

    A sea breeze keeps coastal areas cooler, in the mid-70s and even the upper-60s later in the afternoon.

    Clouds build later tonight into tomorrow morning where thunderstorms are expected between 5 and 8 a.m.

    There is a chance for an isolated storm or two to be severe as they pass through New Jersey with gusts in excess of 60 mph.

    TOMORROW : On average, the typical winds with storms tomorrow morning will be between 40 and 60 mph. These storms will pass quickly leaving way for a hot midday with highs that surge to near 85 in some places.

    Clouds build late Wednesday night into Thursday where it will be unsettled through the day.

    THURSDAY : Damp and cooler with highs in the mid-70s and upper-60s. A line of thunderstorms slices through NJ post sunset near 8 p.m. Storms clear overnight but scattered showers are likely to linger into Friday.

    FRIDAY : Mostly cloudy with the newest trends in the forecast.

    WEEKEND : Saturday still looks sunny, and so does most of Sunday. However, a spotty shower is now possible late on Sunday.
