From $565,000 to $320,000: The most expensive Tazewell County homes sold in April 2024

Morton was overwhelmingly the community of choice for upscale home buyers in Tazewell County last month.

Seven of the 10 most expensive Tazewell homes sold in April were in Morton. Of those, three of the properties were in Morton's Thornridge Subdivision. Other priciest homes were in Washington and Deer Creek.

A custom-built 4,954 square-foot ranch on a .5-acre wooded lot, this Hyde Park home boasts hardwood floors, a gas log great room fireplace with a built-in television, a luxury master bath with a whirlpool tub, professional landscaping, a deck and a three-season porch. It was built in 2000, and contains four bedrooms and three baths. The home was sold April 5. Keller Williams Premier Realty was the agency of record.
