    Many without power in the Ozarks due to storms

    UPDATE 12:00 P.M. – Electric crews continue to work on restoring power in many counties in Southwest Missouri. Power outages have improved in some places, but outages have increased in one county since the early morning hours.

    • Barry County – 1 member without power
    • Benton County – 26 members without power
    • Greene County – 46 members without power
    • Dade County – 15 members without power
    • Dallas County – 35 members without power
    • Polk County – 6 members without power
    • St. Clair County – 580 members without power

    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Multiple areas in Southwest Missouri are reporting several power outages from severe weather overnight Tuesday.

    According to the AMEC outage map, there are 1,229 people without power in Greene County, 505 people without power in Benton County, 463 people without power in St. Clair County, 161 people without power in Dade County, 273 people without power in Dallas County, 170 people without power in Barry County, 133 people without power in Polk County and hundreds more are without power across the Ozarks.
