    'Blck Market Houston' to host a gathering of Black-owned businesses

    HOUSTON, TX - BLCK Market Houston will host the largest gathering of black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs every first Friday, which will take place on June 4, from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. The event will be held at the Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, located at 3816 Caroline Street.

    BLCK Market aims to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs a safe place, giving them a positive market experience. This effort will allow enterprises that participate in this event to showcase their quality brands and products to tens of thousands of consumers.

    The event, which comes with a motto of "Shop BLCK. Shop Quality!", has the vision to bring value back to the community through financial literacy, wellness, and creativity. This event is free for children who are 12 and under.

    Prospective vendors can visit https://www.blckmarkethouston.com/new-vendor-form/ and fill the new vendor form to provide the event with the vendor's name, e-mail, mobile number, company name, a summary about the vendor's company, and company's Instagram handle and website.

    BLCK market will evaluate every company that submits their application through the website and make a selection based on the community impact, quality of business, and products or services.

    Applicants will only be allowed to apply as vendors in the BLCK market once a year. A vendor fee of $115 will be applied once an applicant is selected.
